'Happy Path' Booking Design

Research outcomes were used to understand our user and how they might navigate a new product, including via customer journey maps. A prototype 'happy path' was developed from search to booking selection.

Developing a new behavioral tech tool involved designing and executing an academic study on how people interpret dog body language.
